Condition assessments and additional photographs are available upon request. Please contact us at info@raweditions.com with the details of the work(s) you are interested in.

All works can be viewed in person at our London premises by prior arrangement. To request a viewing appointment, please contact us at info@raweditions.com with the details of the work(s) you are interested in.

We offer worldwide shipping for all orders. The available shipping options for your order will be determined by the size, value of the work(s) and whether they are offered framed or not.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

We aim to fulfil all orders as soon as possible and usually within 2 business days.

Unframed editions and works on paper are wrapped within acid-free glassine paper and securely packed flat within sheets of reinforced cardboard for onward transport with DHL Express.

For domestic orders within the UK, works that are offered framed (or in the event we are organising framing on your behalf) will be hand-delivered wherever possible. For international orders, works that are offered framed will be packed within a custom foam-lined plywood crate, unless otherwise specified. We will organise packing and shipping through one of our specialist fine art shipping partners.

Should an artwork require specialist packing, we will contact you directly with further instructions.

Transit insurance
All works are fully insured in transit and will require a signature on receipt.

For orders placed through the website, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include tracking details.

Collection
Collection from our London premises is available by prior arrangement.

Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something may not be quite right.

We are happy to refund or exchange any works within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the works (including any original artist-designated packaging and frames where applicable) must be received back in the same condition in which you received them. Please securely pack the work within its original packaging for onward transit.

As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. We are happy to assist with the return and provide a return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted before your refund is processed. Return shipping costs are not subsidised and may be higher than the original shipping cost. If you are organising your own return shipping, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit and you are advised to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

To initiate your return, please contact us at info@raweditions.com with your order number.

Order cancellation
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please notify us as soon as possible after placing your order. To request an order cancellation, please contact us at info@raweditions.com with your order number.

If your order is already in transit, please refer to our returns policy above instead.

Secure checkout is available by credit or debit card through Shopify Payments.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at info@raweditions.com

We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Our packaging predominantly consists of corrugated cardboard sheets and paper tape which are recyclable and biodegradable.

Whilst we take great care to keep our packaging plastic-free, we may occasionally reuse bubble wrap, foam inserts and packing peanuts to keep these materials in use longer and out of landfill.

Personal data we collect

In the course of your interaction with us and your use of our services as an online retailer of artworks, we will collect from you and store personal data as necessary to perform the contract for the sale of goods or services and to comply with our obligations under Anti-Money Laundering.

We collect your personal data directly when you interact with us via our website or email enquiries, during the order process or mail sign-up.

How we use your personal data
Under Data Protection legislation, we and our third party data processors will only process your personal data with your consent, or to the extent necessary, to:

a) Enter into, or perform, a contract with you, such as a sale of goods contract for the purposes of selling and delivering artwork;
b) Comply with a legal duty, such as our obligations under Anti-Money Laundering regulations;
c) Remember your preferences or your interest in artwork. For instance, if you request not to receive marketing material from us, we will keep a record of this, or;
d) Send relevant marketing, such as our newsletter, and notifications to individuals who have ‘opted-in’ (including a soft opt-in) to receive marketing, under our legitimate interests, via phone or email based on artwork or artists you have previously purchased or expressed an interest in purchasing

Who we share your data with
We only share personal data with our retained external third party service providers, such as our logistics partners as necessary for the efficient and safe shipping and insurance of artwork, our accountants, insurers and organisations which provide related services to us or on our behalf, including Mailchimp, Shopify, Stripe and Square.

We only allow our external third parties to handle personal data if we are satisfied they take all appropriate measures to protect all personal data.

We may very occasionally disclose and exchange information with regulatory bodies to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations including Anti-Money Laundering authorities, collection societies under our obligations for Resale Right Directive 2001/84/EC, or government authorities for fraud prevention purposes, and to comply with all other laws, regulations, or requirements.

Data retention policy
Your personal data is retained for the duration necessary to provide requested services and to uphold legal obligations and is securely deleted or anonymised thereafter, in compliance with data protection regulations.

Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Please contact us for any data-related inquiries or requests.

You can choose to opt-out of any marketing, direct or otherwise at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in an email or other electronic communication from us or emailing us directly.

Cookie policy
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyse site traffic, and personalise content. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or opt-out of certain non-essential cookies.

Please note that some of the cookies are operated by third party data processors including Shopify and Google analytics.

Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, but we will notify you of any changes that materially affect the way in which your data is processed, and seek your express written consent if necessary, using the contact details we hold on file for you.

Anti-Money Laundering
We are legally obliged under anti-money laundering legislation to carry out due diligence for any buyers purchasing any artwork(s) of which the total cost is €10,000 or more.

As a minimum requirement, we must validate your identity by you providing us originals or certified copies (by an authorised legal professional) of one of the following documents:

a) Your passport, or;
b) Your photo driving licence.

We also require two of the following documents to provide proof of address:

c) Title deeds and/or tenancy agreement(s) of the property or properties you reside at, or;
d) A utility bill from the past 3 months, or;
e) Driving licence (if not already provided as ID), or;
f) Your bank statement from the past 3 months, or;
g) Council tax bill from the past 3 months, or;
h) 2 of your most recent mortgage statements.

For corporate entities, including trusts and partnerships, we may need to verify the ownership structure, including, for example, an original copy of the certificate of incorporation for a company, together with documents listed above for at least one director or partner, who is authorised through the certificate of incorporation, and/or details from Companies House or the relevant incorporation authority in your domain, or to where the artwork is to be shipped.

We will also verify the identity of agents, and the purpose of the purchase of the artwork, together with the source of funds.

Please note, at our discretion, other due diligence may be carried out, such as checks against 'watch lists' for sanctioned individuals, and we may use a third party ID verification agent in your domain. We will notify you of any such arrangement, and further information on the way we handle personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
